At Happy-Greens, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the finest microgreens. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, please take a moment to review our return and refund policies below. Payment Options: We offer a variety of convenient payment options for your flexibility. These include all major online credit cards (please note a 3% service fee applies to credit card payments), as well as direct payments through Paypal, Venmo or Zelle. Most deliveries are payable in cash on delivery (COD) unless prior arrangements have been made.

Subscriptions: To ensure a regular supply of our microgreens and edible flowers, we offer both weekly and monthly subscription options. Please reach out to us directly for subscription details.

Delivery: We want to ensure your orders reach you promptly and in their freshest state. We deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays for most orders, with orders needing to be placed before 12 pm the day prior to qualify for delivery.

  • Free delivery: Enjoy complimentary delivery for all orders within Miami-Dade. Free delivery on all Miami-Dade subscriptions.

  • Delivery fee: A $25 delivery fee will apply to orders in Broward County and Palm Beach County.

  • Minimum order: A minimum order of $100.00 is required for delivery in all counties, while orders for pick-up should meet a $50 minimum.

  • Delivery zones: Our current delivery zones are Miami-Dade and Broward.

Delivery Outside of South Florida: While we currently do not offer deliveries outside of South Florida, we are collaborating with local provisioners to cater to yacht chefs and special orders. For out-of-state or international deliveries, we can make arrangements using our trusted third-party provision companies, which have a strong track record of nationwide and international shipping for yachts and restaurants.

Sustainability and Packaging: We prioritize sustainability and package all our microgreens in mostly compostable food-grade deli containers. Just as we do, this company believes in renewable, compostable, and chemical-free plastics. Latest by the end of 2023 Happy-Greens will only offer fully compostable packaging.

Order Changes and Cancellations:

  • Order changes: You can adjust your order up to one day before the pick-up date. Please inform us promptly to make changes before the harvest. If the harvest has commenced, you'll be required to pay for the original order.

  • Order cancellations: You may cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled harvest date.

Refunds and Returns: Microgreens are a perishable commodity, and thus we cannot offer full refunds once they've left the hands of our delivery personnel.

However, if you encounter any issues with your product, please don't hesitate to contact us via email or phone. We will review your order and gladly exchange your product for an item of equal or lesser value.
